# Test coverage

This packaged is tested with `pytest` and `coverage.py`. A code coverage report is available on [CodeCov](https://app.codecov.io/gh/complextissue/spatiomic/). The plotting functions in the `plot` submodule are not considered core functionality and are exempt from testing.
